General
This page introduces the various payment methods available when purchasing Thraex Software's products. We handle a part of the payment methods ourselves and some are handled by our web sales partner ShareIt. If the payment method you choose is available in our repertoire we recommend using our payment system instead of ShareIt's corresponding one for faster processing. You can choose which system to use after selecting the product to purchase.
Both our own system and ShareIt use SSL encryption technology to transfer your data securely.

Delivery
After your payment has been verified your license information will be emailed to you. If you lose your license information we can re-send them to the email address given on the registration form.

Credit card
The recommended and most convenient method for purchasing Sirid is to purchase it online using a credit card. The processing of credit card orders usually takes less than an hour. Our own registration system supports Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. Visa Electron works if your card provider supports Verified by Visa - otherwise the transaction will fail and the card will not be charged. ShareIt supports Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express and Diners Club.

Account transfer
German, French and English customers can use the Bank/Wire transfer system provided by ShareIt without additional costs. Finnish customers can use our own account transfer for almost as fast processing as with credit card payments. There are also no additional fees. Customers from countries other than these can use our SWIFT account transfer system but are encouraged to use credit card payment because the SWIFT payment is slow and it includes substantial transfer fees (which must be handled by the payer).

Check
Using a check is a rather convenient payment method especially for US customers. We do not accept checks ourselves but ShareIt accepts checks from all countries. Customers outside the USA are recommended to use guaranteed bank checks.

Cash
If you cannot use any of the above payment methods it is also possible to send the cash by mail. It is recommended to send the cash (in Euros or Dollars) directly to us but ShareIt also accepts cash payments. Before sending the cash to us you should fill the order form for the product you are purchasing and include at least the order id given to you in your letter.

Step-by-step instructions
These steps describe a usual registration process:

1. Download Sirid and install it to an appropriate computer.
2. Purchase Sirid online. Depending on which payment method is most convenient for you, you choose either our registration system or ShareIt.
   Enter your contact information, choose the payment method and click Next. The rest of the payment process depends on the payment method you chose.
3. After you have completed the transaction and your payment has been processed, you will be emailed your registration information.
4. In order to register your copy of Sirid, go to the Maintenance page in Sirid, click the "Enter license information"-link and type in the information that was provided to you.
