Here is a new theme. The style is reminding of the splash screen of Delphi 8 so the name is: Delphi 8 Theme.

Hello
Like the Technology theme it appears that the installation has a hard coded path (namely the default Astrum Installer 2 path) where the themes install, consequently the theme installed in the incorrect folder to my program installation. No harm done. I fixed the problem by moving all the files. This message is purely for your information only.
